Known as the gentle art students can to BJJ without the stigma of being hit yet still learn a functional martial art.
Our BJJ classes are run by Ben who is a black belt with years of experience competing, teaching and can focus on any or all the facets of BJJ whilst catering to all levels of fitness and ability.
